I really enjoy working on portfolio shoots for established and up-and -coming models, they’re often really rewarding sessions and I’m proud to say that some of the results I’ve got have been epic and have helped some models on the chosen career..
They are not to be undertaken lightly though – a lot of prep work has to go into them, make-up & hair, styling & wardrobe, not to mention the studio, photography and the hours of post-production work that goes into producing very high quality images.
I always work with a make-up artist – there are a number of MUAs I work with on a regular basis, all really skilled and highly creative, also capable of looking after hair.
Due to models’ different requirements, I do not organise the stylist, that’s organised and paid for by the model her/himself.
